Vue is a rooftop restaurant and bar located at OUE Bayfront, offering stunning views of the bay area of Singapore. This upscale establishment is perfect for special occasions, serving seasonal international meals and a tasting menu.

The staff at Vue were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our visit here a very pleasant experience.

Seated at the bar, I had the opportunity to try some of their top dishes:

1. Black Wagyu Ribeye - 11/10 This dish was exceptional. The beef literally melted in my mouth, perfectly seasoned to enhance the natural taste of wagyu.

2. Truffle Fries - 10/10 These truffle fries were authentic and delicious. Not too heavy, they had the perfect balance of truffle flavor without overwhelming the palate. A definite 10/10.

3. Lava Chocolate Tart with Butterscotch Ice Cream - 10/10 The dessert was a highlight of the meal. The buttery and milky flavor of the ice cream was incredibly well-balanced. Paired with the rich chocolate tart, it was a gourmet delight.

While waiting for our food, we took advantage of the alfresco deck to capture some picturesque moments overlooking the bay.

One thing to note is that reservations need to be made well in advance if you plan to dine at Vue. The popularity of this restaurant speaks for itself, and it's definitely worth the effort to secure a table for a memorable dining experience.
