Chicken soup (Caldo de pollo)

- Boil the water, chicken, half onion, 3 garlic cloves and seasoning (chicken bouillon) together

-Reduce to a simmer and cook until the meat falls off the bone (25 - 30 mins)

- REMOVE THE FOAM (don’t skip this part)

-Stir in a little more chicken bouillon and add potatoes, carrots and corn simmer until the veggies are tender (15 mins)

-add the rest of the vegetables squash and cilantro cook for (additional 20 min)

-Ready to Serve :)
