Lazy Hack For Chocolate Pastries 🥐

I’m having too much fun with these upside down puff pastry tarts! Have you tried it yet?!

After having tried a savory version and now a sweet version, I think I actually prefer the sweet version. Something about the caramelized chocolate sauce remind me of a warm chocolate pastry (or a croissant) and it’s very addicting!
