Asparagus & Goat Cheese Tart

Here’s how to make it:

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry dough and grab a baking pan that is a few inches bigger than the dough. Line the baking pan with parchment paper. On the parchment paper, drizzle hot honey in a rough rectangular shape that is 1-2 inches smaller than the pastry dough. Next, drizzle balsamic glaze. Wash and cut off the ends of the asparagus and place the asparagus on the honey and balsamic glaze. Add a layer of goat cheese and then cover with the pastry dough. Press down all 4 sides of the dough to seal the filling. Bake according to the pastry dough package instructions. Carefully flip the prepared tart onto a flat surface (I like to transfer with the parchment paper and then peel the paper off). Cut into desired shape and enjoy! #foodoflemon8
