Makeup for a 13 year old?

I have been rising my siblings for the last few years since my parents passed. I have ran into many issues and my newest one is with my 13th year old sibling….. She wants to do goth makeup(which isn’t the problem for me) it’s just she is a melanin girly and already have pretty bad acne. I want to let her do whatever she want with her makeup but I for one know nothing about gothic makeup and her skin is also a concern for me. Can someone give me advice?
