THINGS TO DO IN MONTANA

My husband and I recently went on vacation to MONTANA! It was the most amazing experience and here are my Montana itinerary non negotiables!!

🦬VISIT AN ALPINE LAKE

This was the coolest thing ever! You hike up a mountain and come to this gorgeous view of an alpine lake! After a decent hike, cool off and relax in this beautiful lake🫶🏽

🦬DO TONS OF HIKING

When we were in MT we had local friends that took us off road to some cool hidden gems. I totally recommend getting some more local opinions of the best spots, but it’s Montana so everything is gorgeous🤌🏽 Here are some of the top spots: Drinking Horse Trail, Storm Castle Peak, College M Steep, Sypes Canyon, Sacagawea Peak, and Triple Tree Trail

🦬VISIT THE HYALITE RESERVOIR + VISIT PALISADE FALLS

These spots are both along the same road and are totally worth the stop! I have so no words the scenery of this area is UNMATCHED.

🦬GO TO A SALOON

if you can find one, you HAVE to go to a Cowboy Bar or Saloon🤌🏽 it’s such a fun experience! You won’t regret it!!

🦬SPEND THE DAY AT A NATURAL HOT-SPRINGS

whether you go in the summer or in the winter I think going to a natural hot-springs is totally worth it! They’re the coolest thing ever and so refreshing. We went to the Bozeman hot-springs and they had indoor and outdoor hot springs, pool, and cold plunges.

🦬EXPERIENCE YELLOWSTONE

I have no words EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO GO TO YELLOWSTONE!!! Pack lunches, snacks and spend the day seeing some of the most beautiful land and creatures you’ve ever seen!
