Hello everyone 👋🏻

I recently came back from Tokyo and thought it would be nice to document my trip and share my itinerary with you guys. This will probably be broken down to different parts because my trip was pretty long. We shall see how it goes.

Let’s get straight down to it!

✈️ We took ANA flight to Tokyo. It was a direct midnight flight and the flight duration was about 6 hours.

🏨 We stayed at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa (nearest station: Shinagawa; 10 mins walk to the station)

Day 1 - Ichiran Ramen/ Exploring Meguro area

After we washed up and changed our outfits, we headed to Shibuya area for Ichiran Ramen. Thankfully, the outlet we went was empty and we managed to enjoy our noodles real quick.

We then went to Shibuya area for shopping. We headed to a shop called Loft which sold many cute and random things. (I remembered it to be 5 storey high)

After spending the afternoon there, we went to Meguro River in hope to catch some 🌸 blossoms. Sadly, most of it dropped and we could only catch a glimpse of it. We took a queue number for Starbucks Reserve Roastery aka the largest Starbucks in the world. The place was 4 storey high with each level specialising in one item. I was amazed at how huge the place was, not forgetting the amount of pastries and tarts. I recommend the pizza and sakura latte. It was really good 🥺 We also went to Kinto, a shop selling tumblrs, mugs and water bottles. It’s much cheaper in Japan and too pretty not to buy 😜

Day 2- Disneyland

We left for Disneyland at about 7.15am because it takes about one hour to get there from Shinagawa station. We took a train to Tokyo station and changed for the Maihama station. It takes about 15 mins. We bought our tickets via KLOOK and the process was pretty simple. Disneyland was really crowded and we spent quite long queuing for rides. The splash mountain is a boat water ride which WILL definitely make you wet. It was super fun and worth the queue. We also took a mini rollercoaster and Beauty and the Beast ride.
