Pregnant March 2020.

Gave birth 8 weeks early, September 2020.

Breastfeeding for a year.

Got pregnant August 2021.

Had a genetic birth defect with weekly monitoring.

Gave birth May 2022.

My baby had a lobectomy of his right lung November 2022.

Breastfed for 10 months.

I hold a bachelors of science in exercise science, an ACSM-CPT, and a pre/postnatal certified trainer with additional training in pelvic floor.

I’ve done the extremes as an IFBB Bikini pro.

I’ve played division 1 volleyball.

I’ve done a lot.
