Day in my life- EMT who’s trying to get healthy

✨Hello Lemon8! This is my first time posting :)

I’m an EMT who is trying to get fit. I absolutely love this app for food and workout ideas, self care too!

✨Today I had very low motivation and energy so I did what I could at the gym. I was super busy at work, so I guess that counts too 😅 I have mild hip dysplasia so it’s hard to do some workouts :/

✨I try to eat healthy, some times it’s hard to stay in my deficit due to always being hungry and not having enough options when I’m out and working :(

✨I forgot to log after work🙂‍↕️ I go to bed straight away anyways!
