Hello there lemon gals! 🍋

Today I'm going to share some tips to keep your face/skin looks younger! No extra money needed! 😘 Hope you'll try it! 💕

First Tip: Apply Moisturizer Daily! 💦

- Don't forget to apply moisturizer after toning or cleansing your face, do it every day morning and evening. Moisturizer is not only for dry or dehydrated skin, oily skin also needs to apply moisturizer, just look for the right moisturizer for your face. I have acne prone skin and I'm currently using Céleteque Moisturizer. Moisturizer creates a barrier between your skin and the climate, including cold, dry air that can further dry out skin. It helps to rehydrate and enhance the capacity of the skin to hold water.

Second Tip: Apply Sunscreen Daily! ☀️

- Don't forget to apply sunscreen, especially if you're going out or planning to go for swim. Sunscreen helps your skin protect it for the harmful rays and ultraviolet radiation. Even on cloudy days or at home, our skin is susceptible to the sun's rays which can lead to skin cancer, discoloration, and wrinkles over time. Atleast use a sunscreen that has SPF30, because SPF30 above is more effective in protecting our skin.

Third Tip: Stay Hydrated! 🥤

- Always Drink plenty of water, atleast 8 cups of water per day. Our body needs water because, it helps maintain the balance of body fluids (bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature).

- Also drink vitamins if needed!

Fourth Tip: Eat Healthy Foods! 🥒

- Always eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits, for good health and nutrition.

- Eating healthy foods can prevent the formation of wrinkles, which can make us look significantly older.

- Eating the right foods can optimise the production of collagen, a compound crucial for the elasticity of the skin and health of skin cells.

Fifth Tip: Sleep Early! 💤

- One of the hardest part especially for our generation, because we love surfing online, binge watch our favorite movies/series, read articles and more. But to keep your skin looks younger, you need to sleep early to prevent having pimples, eyebags and etc.

- Sleep atleast 8hrs per night, scheduled your phone shutdown when the clock strikes 8pm or 9pm to prevent you from surfing too long.
