I finally tried eyebrow embroidery and I love it 😍

They say the eyes are the windows to your soul, but your eyebrows frame the view. 👀 Recently, I decided to invest on eyebrow embroidery, and I’m so glad I did! Brows might be something people don’t consciously notice, but I realise they make a significant difference in how you look.✨

Even though I already had quite a bit of brow hair, I struggled to find the right shape. My left and right brows are different in shape, my eyes are also slightly different in size, and my face isn’t perfectly symmetrical. 🥲 All of this made it challenging for me to trim and draw my brows symmetrically daily, so I decided to go for nanoblading.

I chose nanoblading because I love the natural hair-stroke effect it creates unlike the ombré misty makeup look. Nanoblading is a newer method than microblading and is less invasive and suits more skin types. While microblading uses a blade to create thicker, more defined strokes, nanoblading uses ultra-fine needles to mimic natural brow hairs, making it a better option for a subtle, natural look.

I really appreciated how my brow artist took the time to measure the proportions of my face to draft a custom brow shape that suited my features perfectly and ensure the colour matches my skin tone. She explained that my brows would be on the darker side because of my naturally thick brow hair, but they wouldn’t look overly harsh. And she was right—the results were super natural, and my brows weren’t obnoxiously dark even in the first few days. It just looked like I had drawn my brow pencil a little darker than usual. In the subsequent days, the feedback I received was amazing. 😌💅🏻 Friends and family noticed something different about me, but they couldn’t quite put their finger on it at first. When they did, they all complimented how natural and well-shaped my brows looked. All in all, highly recommend if you’re thinking to go for it plus it saves you a bit of time from drawing your brows every morning (much to the delight of the hubby)🤭 Just remember to do your due research to make sure you get yourself a knowledgeable and experienced brow artist!
