Go to these places in Korea if you 💚 matcha 🍵

If you are a matcha lover, you defo need to go to these places when you come to Seoul! 🇰🇷💚🍵

*Do note that the locations below are the ones that I went to but each of them has more than one branches! So you can Naver map / google about the diff branches online and find the one that is most convenient / nearest to you! 😋

1) SUPER MATCHA

📍 Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, 여의동 지하1층 22

You can watch them make the matcha drink freshly on the spot and I got Super Matcha Latte! 🍵 The drinks ranged from about 5,000 KRW (~$5+SGD) to 6,500 KRW (~$6.50+SGD)

2) METCHA

📍 17 Myeongdong 9-gil, Myeong-dong 1(il)-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul

I’ve tried the original matcha latte, roasted green tea latte, matcha ice cream and their strawberry matcha latte and they are RLY GOOD!!! I rly love this place bc of the variety of matcha items that they have!! They also sell their own tea products and you can buy them back home for your loved ones 😇

3) OSULLUC

📍 30 Samcheong-ro, Sogyeok-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul

I’ve actually been a fan of Osulluc since years ago… and I love their matcha desserts! When I went to their osulluc shop this time, I got their matcha ice blend and is 😋😋👍👍

Osulluc has many other types of green tea and desserts eg. Ice cream, cake etc. and they also sell their own products such as matcha bread spread too! You can buy some of these products home for your family and friends 😀

Their prices are p standard; from 6,000 KRW (~$6+SGD) depending on the items that you get

4) CHEONGSUDANG

📍 31-9 Donhwamun-ro 11-na-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul

I got the iced Matcha latte and the iced Cream Matcha latte as well as the matcha tiramisu. They are super yummy but are on a pricier side (from 7,000 KRW, ~$7+SGD)

This cafe is actually viral on tiktok bc of how aesthetic the place looks ~ They have many other non-matcha desserts at the place as well so you can check it out too 😊
