•the beach is my happy place

•I spend every day on our homestead in Colorado

•to say I love animals is an understatement

•I love my family with a passion

•I love God (Jesus & the Holy Spirit) with all my heart

•I am completely committed to taking care of the body God gave me to live in here on this earth

•I’d do anything for my grandkids

•I love making sourdough every week

•I get great joy helping others learn how to live simple, healthy, joy-filled lives

•I love: decorating my home, being outdoors, going for walks/hikes, holding hands with my husband, having friends and/or family around my table, traveling…
