Life After The Military

It’s officially been a year since I separated from the Air Force and it has been a time! I’ve learned so much from my transition and realized that I lost myself while I was in. I’m thankful for those that helped me along the way. I was one of those people who was afraid to leave because Inhad a family (my husband is still on) and it was for the most part all I knew. It was stable pay, benefits and I was comfortable despite the toxicity I dealt with but I definitely don’t regret leaving! I work with some great people, can enhance my skills and experience, and focus on loving myself and family! Stepping out on faith to pursue this new life is something that I hope everyone can do. Don’t be afraid of what’s to come or how hard it might be. If it’s meant to be, it’s done! #healthylifestyle2024
