Mold growing in my beauty content room

I found this beautiful apartment in Buckhead, Atlanta which I converted into my content space but I just realized there’s mold growing in random places, including on my fashion items , like wtf!!!???? I just made a maintenance request to see what’s that’s about! I’m so glad I have renters insurance because this will not be left as is! What would yall do if this was happening to you? have yall ever been in a similar situation ?
