hi girlies! I’m back with another weight loss/health tips 😍 today we’ll be talking about how water can be the HUGE aid to your weight loss journey ✨

our body is 70% water! and we basically rely on water for every action we do in life🫣 did you know that by drinking water it can replenish your hunger and snacking tendencies? 🫶🏻

sometimes our body feels hungry but really it’s thirsty! before I decided to change my lifestyle to a healthier one, I really didn’t pay attention to my water intake but it’s now one of the most important things in my life.

I’m a huge coffee drinker but I will say I’m addicted to water more 🤣 whenever I drink or eat something sweet and sugary my body tends to quickly crave for water! I’ll admit at first it was weird to reduce the other beverages because let’s be honest there’s a lot of good beverages out there especially in our country like teh tarik, boba etc 🤣

I’ll say investing in a good water bottle can motivate you to drink water more! I’ve developed an attachment to my water bottle 🤣 and I’m constantly drinking from it and refilling it. so if you have a hard time, try this tip!
