I got a 949 on my fundamentals exit hesi exam. We needed at least a 800. Here’s what I did: 👇🏽

I did practice questions on the Saunders NCLEX-pn book, I filtered it out for fundamentals or topics I had got wrong on previous hesi exams.

Read the rationales. If you DO NOT understand it look it up, and do not move on until you have a clear understanding on why that was the correct answer.

A lot of times the vocabulary will throw you off, terms you haven’t heard or aren’t super familiar with, I will look them up and get familiar with the term and review them.

Search “hesi fundamental nursing questions” try to select the ones that has “teacher” listed because that means a instructor created them.

I reviewed this ATI fundamentals review packet which has everything for all fundmentals topics that I got off Etsy but it’s summarized with the important/crucial information.
