She is generally a good eater, but some days she still prefers more breastmilk than solid food! Some days she also prefers to snack throughout the day, some days she loves her big meals. I always try to follow her cues so that she will have a healthy relationship with food!
❤️ breakfast: avocado toast and 1 chopped strawberry
❤️ snack: happy baby mixed berry yogurt melts (only a few pieces, not even half a serving)
❤️ lunch: 2 homemade veggie nugget, half a packet stonyfield yogurt and banana
❤️ dinner: half a waffle, 1 homemade veggie nugget, half a packet stonyfield yogurt and 1 chopped strawberry
usually 80% of the food ended up on her tummy, 20% on her hands & bibs & tray 😂 but recently she is starting to throw food on the floor 🥹
