I was having crazy sugar cravings this past week, and I know what’s about to pop up 👹 any minute. So instead of caving in, and inhaling 10 cookies-crème chocolate bars. I decided to make a yogurt bowel.
Ingredients
1. Papaya🌴(stuffs the gut) : Low calorie, and highly satiating. Also looks pretty.
2. Yellow Dragon fruit🟡( releases the gut): A natural Laxative. Helps me with constipation.
3. Strawberries 🍓(less puffy)- Berries overall help with inflammation.
4. Non-fat Greek yogurt🥛 ( protein)- Currently trying to build a dumpy in the gym.
*Also each fruit has extensive list of benefits. But I just listed the ones that help me the most through my period❤️*
