✨🍃💘 Hello. Welcome, these are some tips that have helped me along my health & wellness journey. I lost 30lbs within 4 months & have been able to maintain that weight.

Eating whole, nutrient dense foods like fruits, vegetables, proteins, & healthy fats. These foods will fuel your body as well as providing your body with nutrients. REMEMBER food is fuel.

Protein helps you grow muscle & keep you full.

PROTEIN ✨: chicken breast, Turkey, ground Turkey/ chicken, lean beef, tuna, white fish, shrimp, crab, scallop, egg whites, Greek yogurt, chickpeas, salmon, etc.

CARBS✨: Pasta, rice, oats, wraps, potatoes, pumpkin, corn, honey, etc

FATS✨ : cheese, nuts, olive oil, avocado, pesto, etc

Sleep is very important, not only does it give you energy but will help you keep up with your exercise, also regulates hormones.

Find compound workouts & a few isolation that you enjoy. As well as having a split / routine. Stick with it, because you don’t need to switch up every week or so. Exercise is great for your mental & physical health. You can try different workouts to see what you feel works best for you, then follow a routine.

Don’t be scared to hit upper body, especially back it will definitely help build that hourglass look.
