I honestly just threw in whatever my gut was telling me to and surprisingly it turned out soooo deliciouso

How to make regular rice paper rice cake:

1. Layer two wet rice papers

2. Let the water dry out a little

3. Fold and roll

How to make cheese rice paper rice cake:

1. Wet one rice paper

2. Let the water dry out a little

2. Put cheese of your choice in the center (I used mozzarella)

3. Fold and roll

How to make the rose sauce:

1. Stir fry green onions, pork belly, and onions (I recommend bacon or sausage but I didn’t have them so I used pork belly)

2. Stir fry 2 tbsp gochujang (korean red pepper paste)

3. Add 1 cup water, 1/3 cup milk, 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream (i just eyeballed these)

4. Add 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)

5. Add 2 tbsp sugar

6. Add the rice paper rice cakes

7. Let it boil and thicken

8. Top it off with parsley flakes or green onions (optional)

It would’ve been better if I had fish cake and bacon but gotta work with what I have!

And doc pop from @Poppi has been my absolute fav drink!! Tastes so similar to Dr Pepper but wayyy healthier😮 The best drink to pair with greasy or heavier food like rose tteokbokki!
