If you wouldn’t pick yourself, what makes you think a man will? You keep praying for a man to come but you lack a foundation. Let’s start by building you a new one. Women are the building blocks and fortress for men and if we don’t have a solid foundation for ourselves how are we going to build anything worth living in.

Let’s begin shall we? 🫴🏿

1. Learn How To Take Constructive Criticism.🤎

• this is something I still struggle with but I am getting better as time goes by.

• you need to learn how to control your emotions.

• stop letting someone’s opinion of you define you and move on.

• I take feedback and if it’s not beneficial to help better my future I simply disregard it.

• as women I feel like we have some big fence up and go into defense mode as soon as a man critics something we do. But then we expect them to listen and obey when we want something.

• that’s not how life works. You can’t want him to put down the controller when you won’t even try being submissive.

2. Pick Up A Hobby.🤎

• you need a life.

• I can’t stand seeing women surround their entire lives around the man they are with.

• I’ve been there and babes, I know you’re tired, we’re tired of seeing you go through it.

• I like working out, drawing, studying, and a lot of other things.

• there’s so many hobbies to pick from google a list and start trying new things.

• no man wants a woman without hobbies, stop scrolling on tiktok watching him play the game and find something to do.

3. KEEP GOD FIRST!🤎

• people that have no religious beliefs, or anything to believe in at all don’t have solid foundations.

• I believe in God. I identify as a Christian and the first step to building a foundation is to be close with the Heavenly Father.

• God will never forsake or abandon you like man, He is and will forever be.

• the sooner you realize and accept that you can’t do it alone and need God in your life, your future won’t be so empty.

4. Learn How To Love Yourself.🤎

• I love watching podcast and YouTube videos with therapy tips.

• in order to start loving yourself you must forgive those who hurt you and figure out how you are going change.

• put yourself and your mental first. If it’s breaking you down separate from it.

• try reading books and looking at some things to feed your mind and help you stay focused.

• how do you expect people to love you and you can’t even love yourself?

5. Care About Your Appearance.🤎

• stop looking a hot mess.

• I cannot stress this enough, girl take some pride in how you look. Last time the man seen you dress nice was when he took you out to dinner the first date.

• it’s crazy how we can find time to look nice to go places with our girls but look like bums everyday.

• now I’m not saying you need to walk around the house full glam makeup in an apron with heels. But at least put in some effort.

• I never wear my bonnet out the house. I try to do my eyebrows and a little mascara on a daily and put some workout clothes or a cute simple lounge fit.

• try putting in a little effort and he might put some into you. ☺️
