jeju: not for the faint-hearted! 💓

really just for the view 💯 and maybe that satisfaction if you actually manage to complete! we didn’t cos gurl here fell twice and sprained her ankle 🥲 nonetheless, the view at the 2hr mark was rewarding enough for me! note that it does get really chilly up there!

📍𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗸𝘀𝘂 올래곡수 (~SGD10/bowl)

best pork broth i’ve ever had 😩💖 this is a hands-down-legs-down-everything-down bowl of noodles that both 👦🏻 & i agreed is so comforting, tasty and hits the spot! the broth was light, yet has the taste of natural sweetness and fragrance. pork was so tender, didn’t taste gamey AT ALL (i absolutely am not a fan of any gamey meat taste and this had NONE) noodles didn’t have that akaliney taste, and were al dente 🤌🏻

bonus thing was - their kimchi was the just right level of sour, spicy & seasoned all together. a perfect complement with the noodles i must say! also, we polished the soup and didn’t even feel thirsty after ✨ this is a good sign✨

a coffee chain that’s available all around korea, we didn’t try their coffee that day unfortunately but i heard it’s not too bad! plusss it’s mostly wallet-friendly! (also somehow any coffee we got in Korea was good (is it their water? 🤔)
