Fall flavors are in full swing with this cozy, savory dish! 🍁 I grabbed Trader Joe’s pumpkin ravioli and took it to the next level with a rich brown butter sauce, sautéed onions, spinach, apple Gouda chicken sausages, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and hearty for a fall dinner! 🎃🧈

Here’s how to make it 👇

Ingredients:

1 pack Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Ravioli

2 tbsp butter

1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced

2 cups fresh spinach

2 apple Gouda chicken sausages, sliced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the Ravioli: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Sauté the Onions & Sausage: In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until soft and golden. Add the sliced apple Gouda chicken sausages and cook until browned.

Make the Brown Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining butter. Cook on medium heat until the butter begins to foam and turns golden brown. Be careful not to burn it!

Add Spinach: Toss the spinach into the skillet with the onions and sausage, and sauté until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine & Serve: Gently toss the cooked ravioli in the brown butter sauce. Plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for the finishing touch.
