I was thinking of ways to change up my breakfast and came up with this delicious recipe!

It’s high protein and satiating so I’m full and satisfied. It’s very customizable and simple to make as well.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 egg white veggie frittatas (From Costco)

• 10g of Greek yogurt

• 1 Low Carb Tortilla

• 28g of shredded Mexican cheese blend

• 1 slice of Turkey bacon

• 60g of shredded hash browns

• Pickled jalapeños

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Spray your pan with oil and brown your hash browns, add your preferred seasoning.

2. Cut up your turkey bacon and add that to the pan while the hash browns are cooking.

3. Pop your egg bites into the microwave for 1:30 and cut them up.

4. Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl

5. Add the ingredients onto the tortilla and brown in a pan until crispy
