My friend gave religious advice but it felt off…

Good evening 🍋8️⃣ residents,

I received a supposedly supportive mental health advice from my friend but it’s from a religious perspective. However it rubbed me the wrong way. No matter how she worded it (by saying she loves me etc), the ayat Quran itself isn’t appropriate to my situation.

Why this message is problematic?

1- If you don’t know anything about the other person, why do you “advise” them?

2- Why are you apologizing? It’s because you know the message is not in good faith

3- You NEVER ask about my situation but you know the solution? Don’t make me laugh

4- Usually my friends will send heartwarming videos and say the videos remind me of them, but this is my first time receiving ayat Quran that mentions about going to neraka. This kind of ayat reminds you of me? Why do I have to know that information? You 100% confirm masuk syurga?

5- Who says I lost faith in Allah? Who told you that?

Maybe I was wrong so that’s why I wanted to ask you guys if my hunch is right.
