SUMMER PEACH CRISP: 🍑 


This Summer Peach Crisp is the perfect summer treat! It is so delicious and so easy to make! This single serve portion is the great for summer nights where you just don’t want to share your dessert! Hope you love this one!

Ingredients:

Crisp Topping:

3 tbsp of Almond Flour

3 tbsp Organic Rolled Oats @bobsredmill

1 tbsp coconut sugar @bigtreefarmsbali

2 tbsp grass fed butter ( melted) @vitalfarms

1 tbsp of protein powder( optional)

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt @redmondrealsalt

Peaches:

1 whole peach (diced)

1 tsp of almond flour

1 tsp of maple syrup

Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven to 350.

2. In a small bowl add your crisp topping ingredients.

3. In a small ramekin add your peaches and ingredients and mix and then add your crisp topping on top.

4. Cook in oven on 350 for 20-25 minutes until topping is nice and crispy. Serve with your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
