This High protein taco lasagna is on another level. It is packed with protein from the greek yogurt, refried beans and meat and it is packed with cheesy flavor. This is a super easy weeknight meal that the whole family will love and won’t be able to get enough of. Hope you love this one!

Ingredients:

Taco Seasoning:

1 Tbsp Salt

1 Tbsp Garlic powder

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 Tbsp Chipotle Chile powder

1 Tbsp of oregano

1 Tbsp pepper

1 Tbsp cumin

Other Ingredients:

2 Lbs of organic grass fed ground beef

3 Tbsp coconut aminos

1/2 lime

1/2 cup of tomato sauce or salsa

1/4 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream

8 small tortillas (@sietefoods Almond flour tortillas)

1 can of refried black beans

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning, coconut aminos, salsa, Greek yogurt, lime.

1. In a large glass dish, spray your dish, layer Greek yogurt, tortillas, refried beans, meat and cheese. Repeat one more layer.

2. Bake for 30 minutes on 375 and then broil for added crispness until cheese is browned.

3. Serve with sriracha and more Greek yogurt and cilantro and enjoy!
