This is the perfect spot for diving lovers that might be on a budget. There are so many resorts that have direct access to diving a snorkeling right off their own beach. 🌊

Here is a quick 3-Day Itinerary for those wanting to get out of the resort:

Day 1️⃣: Hop the ferry to Playa del Carmen and explore a cenote. Most have swimming access and it’s such a cool experience. Highly recommend Restaurante Aak Wi’ii at Casa Tortuga Tulum after your swim - since we all know you’ll be hungry!

Day 2️⃣: Go into town and explore San Miguel de Cozumel. The city is beautiful and the shopping and food are magnificent 👌🏼

Day 3️⃣: Scuba or Snorkle 🤿

Cozumel is so stunning with its bright blue waters and 🐠🐟 there is never a shortage of fish. Like I said before, most resorts have their own access, but there are also plenty of options in the area.

**When planning your excursions, I never suggest showing up without booking prior. Transportation is better if it is either booked through your resort, travel agent or the excursion. Most resorts have options for excursions. If not, talk with a travel agent about planning your next vacation!
