This is my 5 day workout split. My goals in the gym as of now is to tone my body and maintain the weight that I’ve lost so far. I try to be sure that I incorporate everything to keep my body toned.
When lifting in the gym, be sure to stretch your entire body and start with a weight that you’re comfortable with so that you won’t strain your muscles. Make sure you’re staying hydrated & eating the correct amount of food before you go to the gym.
If your body feels like you need an extra day off, take it & give your body more time to rest🙂
I am not a health/fitness professional, this is simply just the routine that works for me.
