Trying calorie cycling

my weight is just going up and up, so I'm going to try calorie cycling next week, which involves letting myself have cheat days as long as the total amount of calories at the end of the week still keeps me in a deficit. I'm not sure if it'll work but I'm so desperate lol... ate and went out a lot this week.

trying to be in a calorie deficit this week, target 1000/day or 7000/week.

always feel like i need to have dessert or a treat at night, i don't feel satisfied without it & idk why :( any tips?

the good thing about this week is that I had less sugar than last week!
