SUMMERTIME SNACK PLATE

Can you say yum? 😋

If I’m having something like this for dinner it’s a snack plate, but if I’m having a smaller version of this for lunch, it’s an adult lunchable. If you get it, you get it; if you don’t, you don’t.

Anyways, this is my favorite way to throw something quick + healthy + delicious together that stills allows me to enjoy the nice weather outside! I live in Iowa so we have to enjoy the weather while we can — plus, I don’t get home from my job until 5:30pm and if I’m cooking something for dinner, it leaves little to no time to get outside with my husband and little girl!

Highly recommend giving this a try and even condensing it for a perfect adult lunchable!
