Halloween costume ideas🎃

Halloween is my favorite holiday so I always have my costume planned in advance. I also like to look back at past years and maybe get ideas or recreate so me costumes. It’s always helpful to start planning your costume early so everything comes on time and stores still have props you need.

So today I want to share some of my previous costumes and inspo for this upcoming Halloween👻

〰️ Patric Bateman

I love a good scary character look! So for some reason I decided to go for an American Psycho and it was one of my favorite costumes! For my outfit I used a mini skirt that I already had as well as a shirt to create a hotter office look haha and added a tie that I thrifted for this. I also bought an axe at Party City and headphones & raincoat from Amazon that completed this look!

〰️ Dark Elf

I’ve seen lots of girly fairy/elf looks that year that people were doing however I decided to go for a darker vibe. My favorite part of the costume were the elf ears 🤭 I found this dress on Pretty Little Thing and it turned out soo cool. And the last important detail, of course, was makeup.

〰️ Clown

This makeup look was my first attempt and I was pretty impressed how well it turned out! I think having just one element in your look (such as makeup) can be enough. I put something very simple for my outfit since we were having friends over and it was more of a “casual” night 🤡
