Cookie Monster Cookies

I have two different looking cookies because the second batch I used less flour and more vanilla. I didn’t know which recipe I wanted to follow so I made both. The recipe below is what I think the perfect combination is. Both tasted great I just wanted the vanilla flavor from what my daughter calls The Shrek cookies but the density of the Cookie Monster ones

Mix

2 sticks of butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 egg

1 1/2-2 teaspoon vanilla (I love vanilla so I’d add more)

Blue dye

In a separate bowl mix

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon of corn starch

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 Teaspoon of salt

Mix both bowls together and add chopped up Oreos, chewy chocolate chip cookies, and white or milk chocolate chips

Chill for at least 15 minutes.

bake at 350 for 20 minutes
