Here are things that helped me that may help you

🦷: pineapple juice trick! (Drink as much pineapple juice before your surgery)

🦷: you will be put on a NPO diet (nothing to eat or drink) so try to schedule your appt in the morning so you won’t be hungry before 🫣

🦷: you WILL BE asleep the whole day so plan not to do anything the day after

🦷: FOLLOW THE DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS to lessen your risk of a dry socket

🦷: Foods I ate that were yummy but good for you (mashed potatoes, apple sauce, soup!!!, gnocci)
