Breakfast - 2 Hawaiian biscuits sandwich’s with fried egg, Trader Joe’s crunchy chili sauce, spinach and bacon

With a iced coffee

Snack- apple and peanut butter

Lunch - Marry me fish w/ mashed potatoes

Snack - piece of cheesecake ( don’t judge me 🤣🤣, I eat what I eat)

Dinner- pepper steak with broccoli

I forgot my protein shake
