This was a fricken 1000% and worth every second I spent on it. Absolute delicious.

1) start off by filling your crockpot with 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic, a splash of soy sauce, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and about 4 cups of beef broth/stock(i did half beef bone broth)

2) next take about a 2-3 lb chuck roast and sear in butter to brown both sides. Then season both sides with salt, pepper, and beef bouillon.

3) cook on low until meet is done/falls apart easily (took me 5 hours)

**I cooked meat the day before and kept it in the fridge overnight but you can definitely do it all in one day!

4) preheat oven to 350

5) chop 3 onions and caramelize with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic

6) shred meat

7) cut French loaf in half and lightly spread mayo on both sides

8) layer meat, onions, and cheese onto bun

9) cook for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted

Cut into pieces and enjoy!

You may use the crockpot as juice, however I found it was fatty from the meat. I also seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion in the broth but not necessary!

This is a great fall meal and I think my husband is very excited for me to make it again😂😂
