Let’s make THE BEST Banana Bread together!

I made one yesterday in the morning and it was gone in less than 24 hours.

You’ll need:

🍌 3 mashed bananas

🥚 2 eggs

🤤 1/2 cup sugar

🧈 1/4 cup softened butter

🍦 1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

✨ 1 teaspoon vanilla

✨ 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

✨ 2 cups All-purpose flour

✨ 3/4 teaspoons baking soda

🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt

* walnuts or chocolate chips are optional✨

Heat up oven to 350°, grease pan.

In a bowl mash the bananas, once mashed add sugar, eggs, butter and mix well. Then add yogurt and vanilla to the mixture. Set to the side.

In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, then add to wet mixture.

✨As a last and optional step, add walnuts or chocolate chips, make sure they are fully integrated.

Pour mixture in greased pan and off to the oven for 60mins or until knife/toothpick comes out clean!

Once fully cooked, wait a few mins for it to cool down, remove bread from hot pan to a serving plate or cutting board and ENJOY!
