Period Must Haves

It's that time of the month so I decided to share some of my period essentials. I crave sweets, salty, and lots of water. I ran to Walgreens to get all of these things and thought I should share for my girls.

🍜 I always crave really salty things when I am on my period. I love these Cape Cod salt and vinegar chips. I have been craving these on my period since I was like 16.

🧂Next, I love drinking electrolytes during that time of the month. It's good to stay hydrated so I love these LMNT Electrolytes. My favorite flavor is Citrus!

🧸 Obviously had to stock up on some pads. That one is self explanatory.

🍭 I rarely crave sweets, unless it's that time of the month. Today airhead extremes sounded so good! Sometimes we have to feed into our cravings!!!

Periods are never fun, but these are the things that help me get through it.
