Cajun Cream Sauce:

1/2 small onion

3 garlic

Heavy cream

Dan O’s all purpose

Detailed Steps:

Preheat oven to 450

1️⃣ Cut steak into cubes & marinate with seasoning

2️⃣ Sautee until brown and crispy edges, set aside

3️⃣ Sautee onion and garlic with butter and incorporate the Cajun cream sauce seasonings.

(add as much cheese and cream you like. If you want a thicker sauce, add more cheese. I like mine thin enough to pour)

4️⃣ Poke potato with fork all over and rub salt + oil all over. Bake 🥔 for 40 mins

5️⃣ Let potato cool down and make a slit and slowly scoop out inside into a bowl & add all ingredients you used for the steak

6️⃣ Mix ingredients together and mash up well. Incorporate the mashed potato mixture back into potato skins

7️⃣ Top potato with steak and all your toppings including the Cajun cream sauce. Enjoy!!! 😉
