Car Camping Essentials

Ok, ok, ok....you can judge me when you see that my choice of "essentials" for our cross-country trip included pet and pet plants, but I swear they make it more fun and homy!

But here are 3 things you can't actually forget:

- Curtains

If you're like me and like to travel on a budget, you will want to car camp in odd places. So, curtain it up! It helps with privacy and also street lights.

- Thule

I can't even start telling you how important it is to have a big Thule to store all your supplies and camp gear. Comfort is key, so you gonna want to 1 - have things and 2- do not have things inside :)

- Foldable Futon

I would say that you will do well with a Futon that folds into a couch and unfolds into a bed. Add 2 sleeping bags (use them unzipped below and on top of you), camping stove, water boiler.
