Instead of eating like this..

A couple months ago I would ALWAYS order food. it would be everyday. I started noticing changes in my body. I would be more bloated, more acne, and my mental heath was horrible. I eventually noticed this and it created a ed..I really needed to change. And i did. I started making my own foods and eating more protein.
