Soup season is starting back up. Try this chicken & wild rice recipe that is so delicious & perfect for chilly weather. But best of all it’s a dump & go meal!
🍲Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
3/4 cups wild rice
1 cup chopped carrots (I like to add extra)
3 celery stalks, diced
1 white onion, finally diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 cups chicken broth (or water)
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
🍲Directions:
•Dump all of your ingredients in your pot. For crockpot let cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. For pressure cooker let cook for 45 minutes.
•Once it’s done cooking, shred your chicken and return it to the pot.
•Serve & enjoy. It’s that simple😌
