Another week, another meal prep for my toddlers.
This summer heat has them snacking A LOT so I made sure to make them lots of snack options this like muffins, cottage cheese treat cups & healthy mango popsicles.
All these healthy recipes are simple & easy to make. Try them if you’re looking for more nutritious & homemade meals for your kids.

🧁SPINACH & OATS MUFFINS cooking directions:
•Add all your ingredients to your blender & blend until they’re smooth.
•Grease your muffin pan & fill through evenly with your mixture.
•Bake for 15-18 minutes at 375° until your muffins are baked all the way through.
•Use a toothpick to check the middle of your muffins. Poke the center & if it comes out clean that means your muffins are done.
