Cook With Me 🇪🇨Ecuadorian Style🇪🇨

I am from Ecuador and this is one of the dishes. I grew up eating all the time. This is estofado de pollo (chicken stew).

It’s ridiculously DELICIOUS & hits the soul every time!😋 When I’m feeling homesick, this is what I make, it’s my comfort food❤️

•5-6 chicken pieces

•1 white onion

•1 green pepper

•1/2 bunch cilantro

To seasoning your chicken, I season with my heart so I’m not sure about exact measurements. So start light with 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp paprika & 1 packet of sazón. Salt & pepper to taste.

After it’s done cooking give it a taste & if it needs more salt you can always add more.
