PART 2 - rating baby & toddler snacks that appear to be “healthy”…
A lot of these snacks are packaged to appear healthy.
They label them ORGANIC & NON-GMO to be more appealing to consumers looking for healthier alternatives, but (spoiler alert) they’re not!
That’s why I like to read the ingredients & use the Yuka app to get a detailed explanation of the ingredients.
As you can see from these examples, just cause it says “organic”, “no added sugars”, “veggies in every bite”, DOES NOT mean it’s healthy for our kids.
What goes into our bodies is SO important & even more important for the developing bodies of our children.
Don’t be fooled by packaging, stay clear of these & make sure you’re reading ingredients.
