Rating baby food

I prefer that my kids eat homemade foods. But mom life is hectic, sometimes you need something when you’re out and about or something quick.

But it doesn’t mean that you can’t give them a healthier option.

Not all baby food is made the same. If I’m going to give my babies prepackage, baby food, I always look for organic, non gmo, no additives & no added sugars.

These are some of the brands that jumped out at me while grocery shopping at Walmart. I was really impressed with the first 2 cause it’s hard to find baby foods that rates 100/100 on the Yuka app.

@Sprout Organics also got an excellent rating & it’s a brand I frequently buy for my kids because love the crinkles & puffs & I love that they’re made with high quality ingredients, like their baby food pouch.

It’s good to keep in mind that not all flavors get the same rating. I alway check different flavors even from the same brand. & it’s also good to keep up with recalls when buying prepackaged baby food.
