Trader Joe’s Haul for my littles💚

This is my second trip ever to Trader Joe’s & I love that place already!

I found so many gluten free options for myself & some great quality, healthier alternative snack options for my baby & toddler.

🍓🍌Unsweetened freeze dried strawberries & bananas. Of course I prefer to give my kids fresh fruit but these are great for on-the-go.

They’re also a good option for snacking if your kids want a crunchy snack (great substitute for chips), & they’re so yummy to add in a bowl of cereal.

🌿Roasted seaweed has some great nutritional benefits, when you purchase the right kind. Which is hard to find in most retailers, so I was very excited to find these that are made with sunflower & sesame seed oil.

Always look for seaweed that is roasted with sunflower or avocado oil, not vegetable oils.

🌰Pistachios & sunflower seeds are packed with so many nutrients. I like to crush them to add them to their meals or smoothies.
