Hi friends, here’s another super healthy, easy to make & delicious recipe that my toddler loves.
This chocolate chia seed pudding makes for a sweet dessert & the perfect replacement for the sugar loaded shelf stuff.
It’s healthier & packed with nutrients thanks to these awesome ingredients💪🏼
🌟 Chia seeds: a complete protein & superfood
🌟 Cacoa powder: antioxidants, iron, immunity support, vitamin & nutrients.
🌟 Maple syrup: calcium, potassium, magnesium
🍫 Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup plant milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
4 tbsp maple syrup
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
•Blend all your ingredients except for chia seeds.
•Divide chia seeds into 3-containers (depending on the portion you want for your kids)
•Pour equal parts of the mixture into the container with the seeds & mix well.
•Let it sit in the fridge overnight or at least 3 hours.
