#sports #lemon8challenge If you're going to play a sport this summer, and you decide on soccer, here are some main essentials that I always have in my duffel bag for practices and games. ⚽ Pro Tip: Since it's super hot, freeze some water and let it thaw out, it'll stay colder longer than if you just add water on top.

It'll take the ice longer to thaw out. I also recommend some energy water packets. I get mine from Aldi. They come in many different flavors.
